Republic Act No. 7877, known as the Anti-Sexual Harassment Act of 1995, addresses sexual harassment in workplaces, educational institutions, and training environments. It defines sexual harassment as unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature that affects employment, academic performance, or creates a hostile environment.

Relating to children, this act ensures a safe learning environment by prohibiting sexual harassment by educators, school staff, and peers, thereby protecting students from abuse and promoting their well-being and development.
