The Population Council, through Breakthrough RESEARCH, supported with funding from United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Philippines, and in collaboration with De La Salle University’s Social Development Research Center (DLSU-SDRC) in Manila, conducted a targeted qualitative research study to generate evidence to facilitate SBC approaches to reach OSY ages 15 to 19 to affect positive reproductive health and family planning behavior change among adolescents in three regions in the Philippines: Manila and Quezon City in the National Capital Region, Cebu City in the Central Visayas Region, and Davao City in the Mindanao Region.
